Perception is everything.
While Right-wing talk radio in America is excusing it as an "inevitable consequence of war," much of the rest of the world is reporting the facts: a day after mortally wounding and then leaving them for dead, a group of U.S. Marines returned to the Mosque and finished the job by shooting the Iraqis in the head.
It kind of makes you wonder, if some Americans in a church had been wounded and then shot execution style a day later, under what conditions would we call it a consequence of war?
